Palliative Care Postdoctoral Fellowship Available for Nurse Scientists

Stanford is launching a unique post-doctoral fellowship in palliative care for nurse scientists. The fellowship is a one-to-three-year training program (for exceptional candidates) offered in partnership with Stanford Health Care, Stanford Children’s Health, and the Stanford University School of Medicine.
