The National Palliative Care Registry™ is now collecting 2016 data on hospital-based, home-based, office/clinic, and long-term care programs. Participating hospital programs have immediate access to reports. Reports for community-based programs will be developed over the next several months.
Over 1,000 palliative care programs are already participating in the Registry. The service is free and open to all. By participating, you will:
- Contribute to the national profile of palliative care programs
- Receive comparative reports to evaluate your program against similar programs in terms of size and reach
- Track your program’s progress over time
