The Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) is a national organization dedicated to increasing the availability of quality palliative care services for people facing serious illness. CAPC provides health care professionals with the tools, training and technical assistance necessary to start and sustain successful palliative care teams in hospitals and other health care settings.
As a member-based organization, CAPC membership is open to hospitals, health systems, hospices and community healthcare organizations. With membership, organizations become part of a vibrant collaborative network of healthcare professionals at the front lines of improving care for our sickest and most complex patients. Member organizations have access to CAPC resources supporting palliative care delivery and quality.
